These terms govern your use of the Hidaya AI mobile app (“the app”) and this website. By installing or using the app, or by using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The app

Hidaya AI provides Islamic tools including prayer times, a Qibla compass, a Quran reader, and a Tasbih counter. The core app is free, forever — there are no subscriptions and no paid plans. You do not need an account. We may add new features over time — for example, a Quran and Hadith reference search — in sha Allah.

Religious guidance disclaimer

Hidaya AI is a set of learning and worship tools. It does not issue religious rulings (fatwas) and is not a substitute for a qualified scholar. For personal religious decisions, please consult a trusted, knowledgeable scholar. See our AI disclaimer for details.

Accuracy of religious tools

Prayer times are calculated from your location using standard methods and are estimates; verify with your local mosque or authority where precision matters. The Qibla compass relies on your device’s sensors and may be affected by calibration or magnetic interference. Quran text is sourced from established editions, but you should verify anything you intend to rely on.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app or website for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the app, the website, or the waitlist.
• Do not use the waitlist email address to send spam or sign others up without consent.

Donations

The app is free forever; there are no subscriptions, paid plans, or in-app purchases. Donations are optional, made on this website only (never inside the app), and are processed by LemonSqueezy under LemonSqueezy’s own terms and refund policies. A donation is voluntary, unlocks nothing extra, and does not grant any features, entitlements, or priority of any kind.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it provides is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on calculated prayer times or Qibla direction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
